1. Layer the ingredients in 5 of your most attractive looking 1-cup glasses. Start with 1/4 cup of the almond butter, 1/2 cup of the carob creme, and 1/4 cup of the apricot jam.
2. Top the parfait with a kousa dogwood berry.
