2 cups soy milk or nut milk
1 cup wild blackberries
1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into a few pieces
1 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground allspice
2 tablespoons vegetable glycerin
1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the blackberry seeds.
